Seating Options

A Tourist Sleeper (T4) on the Elipsos overnight offers 4 beds and a private wash basin inside the cabin.  These cabins are gender specific.  You may book the entire cabin for family use.

The Economy class cabin on the Elipsos overnight leaves no one wanting. A fully-air conditioned coach, its seats recline a deep 140 degrees to insure a restful, refreshing night. There are only 20 seats in the entire coach, so even when seated upright you’ll be uncrowded with plenty of legroom to stretch out. There’s an individual reading light at each seat, and restrooms at the end of each coach. Of course, there’s a dining car serving delicious dinners and breakfasts for purchase. Simply everything you need is onboard to arrive fresh, awake and ready to take on the day, the country and the sites you came to see.

Reclining Seat

A generous tilting seat with adjustable head & footrests.

Quad (T4) Compartment

Four beds in a compartment, two each on opposite walls, with a wash basin, individual reading lights, and linens. These are divided by gender - meaning all-male or all-female - unless a party of 4 is traveling together.

Meals & Concessions

Food is available for purchase in the restaurant from 6:00am to 1:00am every day. There is also a cafeteria/bar car that opens at 6:30am for breakfast and is available for dinner until 1:30am. Or if you prefer to stay at your accommodation you can purchase snacks and drinks from the roving food cart until 1:00am.

On Board Services

A virtual hotel on wheels, the Elipsos Train features a range of services catering to the needs of overnight travelers. On-board services and amenities include a tasty restaurant with a varied meal and snack selection available for purchase, an individually controlled reading light at your seat, and a complimentary bottle of water. All trains are smoke-free as well.
