Exchanges and refunds on a Rail ’n Drive pass
Are Rail ’n Drive passes exchangeable or refundable?
Rail ’n Drive passes are refundable only if they are completely unused. If any part of the Rail ’n Drive pass has been used, it’s non-refundable or exchangeable.
Car vouchers are not refundable or replaceable if lost or stolen, except as covered by the Rail Protection Plan™ (Rail ’n Drive only). A Rail ’n Drive Pass may only be refunded when it is received at the issuing office prior to the printed first date of validity, and when none of the components of the package, rail and/or car have been used. The pass must be returned in its entirety, unused. Any allowed refund is subject to a 15% cancellation charge and a 7% administrative fee.
How can I get a refund on a Rail ’n Drive pass?
Just send the unused rail pass and all car vouchers to our customer relations department at:

We’ll process your claim and issue the applicable refund.
If I’ve only used my car days, can I get a refund on the rail portion of my Rail 'n Drive pass?
No. If any part of the Rail ’n Drive pass is used, it’s non-refundable.
