How do I retrieve my Print at Home e-tickets?
Your Print at Home e-tickets are included as an attachment to your email confirmation. They can also be found on your invoice and in your Rail Europe account if you have created such an account.

What do I need tp print my Print at Home e-ticket?
Your Print at Home e-ticket is a PDF and will require a printer and Adobe reader to access the file.

What else do I need?
Nothing else is necessary to travel with your Print at Home e-ticket. Just bring your e-ticket print -out to the station and board the train.

What happens if I lose or damage my printed e-ticket? Can I print it again?
Yes. This can be done in two ways.

1. You can reprint your e-ticket using the confirmation email sent to you.

2. If you have registered for an online account, you can reprint the e-ticket by logging in and reviewing your most recent order.

I deleted the email with the link to print my Print at Home e-ticket. What should I do?
If you registered for an online account, simply log in and review your most recent order. The link to reprint your e-ticket is available on this page. If you have not registered for an account, send us a email at service@raileurope.com and we can resend the link to you.

Can I reprint my Print at Home e-tickets in Europe?
French Print at Home e-tickets can be reprinted at a kiosk at the station. You will need the e-ticket # as found on your invoice. However, please do not forget your Eurostar Print at Home e-ticket because you will not be able to reprint your e-ticket at the station. You can go to the station and they will re-issue the ticket but there is a 15£ fee per ticket.
