Derby, UK’s most central city

Derby city is located in central England. It is a great place for a cultural break and an ideal base to discover the Peak District wonders, which include moorlands and gritstone edge.

There are many interesting places you can visit in Derby. You can start in the Cathedral quarter, where you will find quality shops, cafés, restaurants and historical landmarks. The Derby Cathedral is one of the highest towers in the country, so you will not miss it. Visit the Derby museum and art gallery, which is home to the largest collection of Joseph Wright painting in the world. You can also head to the Derbyshire county cricket club if you are a sport fan.
