Natasha, our tour guide for the day helped our group of Americans enjoy the Champagne region. We were four couples, strangers at the start, but with our visit to Reims, Moet and Chandon, shared lunch at Le Cave and visit with tasting at Laval Louis, we became world travelers with an enjoyable shared experience. The country is beautiful. I truly recommend venturing out, meeting new people and enjoy champagne.
Our guide, Herbert, picked us up at our hotel exactly on time. After one more pickup point, our tour began with a two hour drive to Reims, where we had a short breakfast stop at a wonderful pastry shop close to the cathedral. After a a quick run through the cathedral, we were off to Epernay to see the vineyards and the house of Moet and Chandon on Champagne Avenue, where we were given a tour of the cellar caves and a champagne tasting. Lastly, we stopped at a very small family operated winery for a tour of their production facility and caves, plus a tasting. On the drive back to Paris, Herbert gave us some historical background on the region, which was a major battleground during WWI. We past several military cemeteries from the war. For me, the most interesting part of the day's experience was learning about all the stringent controls and regulations involved in producing champagne.
Unfortunately it was raining, however we enjoyed the tour and visited many interesting sites
Had a great time. The guide and the other four people on the tour were great fun. Really enjoyed the tour of Moet Chandon and the Cathedral. High light though was the small champagne producers.

Enjoyed the tour with great wine tasting etc.
Absolutely outstanding experience. Hotel pick up and drop off was much appreciated. Visited large producers as well as a fantastic small grower. Great experience!
Vincent was the best driver ever! He had so much knowledge of France and everywhere we were driving to. The tour of the Reims cathedral was awe inspiring, and I thought that that cathedral was the most amazing I have seen, and was better the the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, and St Peters in Rome. The champagne tastings and lunch were very informative and even educational. Lunch was in a small cafe and was more than we could even get down, but was very good! This tour was well worth the cost and the experience, and I would highly recommend it!

This is a "must do" tour if you are visiting Paris and want to see the beautiful countryside of France. The tours of the champagne houses were fantastic! Moët was our highlight! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and she had a desire to get it all in for us! She didn't want us to miss a thing!
The trip was really once in a lifetime. Our tour guide Fredrick from ParisCity Vision was really great and knew his stuff. If your in Paris, take the trip, spend the money, it's definitely worth it. You get to walk through the same Moet Champagne Cellars that Napoleon walked through. There's plenty of champagne knowledge you gain from the tour guide and the people you meet at the different winery. You get to see the church, walk through Moet, meet a small producer, eat at a local restaurant and go into the church in Reims. Everything other than the food, really blew me away. 5 stars for sure!
Fabrice was a great tour guide and helped make this trip extra special. We took this tour a couple of years ago and the tour guide wasn't as personable. He was only interested in talking to a pretty Russian girl that joined the seven of us on the tour. Fabrice made us all feel welcome.
What a great day! The guide for the day to the Champagne Region, Pablo, was terrific - very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. We learned a lot about the production of delicious champagne. We tasted champagne from a large and a smaller producer - great! We had a delicious lunch and enjoyed beautiful scenery as we drove to and from Paris. Definitely would recommend this day to others.
We had a great time on this tour. The tour guide was friendly and fun. Wine was delicious and the vineyards and countryside is breathtaking.

Inigualable! Para los amantes del vino siempre será un MUST!
We had a great tour of Champagne with Jacques. The day started with thick fog and the Cathedral in Reims was barely visible but still spectacular inside... As we drove to Epernay and the Moët and Chandon tour, the sun burnt off the fog and the breathtaking views were revealed. The tour was very informative and the setting grand. We found a vintage of champagne from our wedding year to take home. Then on to a very good 3course lunch with wine followed by a brief drive to tour the winery on the hill and a small Champagne house. Save your to buy at the second place as it is only available for local purchase and is a flavourful Champagne, not one we are used to! We were cared for and delivered back to our door, tired and content.
This is just a great combo -- a little bit of Reims and its cathedral, and two great tours of champagne producers, one large, one small, with a nice lunch wedged in there. While the price of this excursion is a tad high, it was worth it to us to only have 8 people on a minivan and a nice, knowledgeable driver/guide.
This was an amazing day and anybody who goes to Paris must experience this once in a life time opportunity. 5 star experience .
An amazing day from start to finish. Appreciated the convenience of pick-up/drop-off at the hotel. Enjoyed the visit to Moet Chandon and viewing the spectacular views of the countryside. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed this tour. It was a long day, but the cellar tour was great and lunch was excellent.
Nicholas was our guide. He was considerate and helpful. Only four guests. Was a enjoyable and informative trip.
One drawback is I didn and #39;t get any contact from the service provider prior to the trip, which was kinda strange.
Wonderful day trip from Paris. Our tour guide was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The drive through the French countryside was serene and enjoyable. The Cathedral was majestic and humbling. The tour through Moet and Chandon cellars was fun and informative. We now have a greater appreciation for how champagne is made. The lunch is authentic French cuisine. It was amazing! We complimented our lovely hostess but she acted as if it was nothing, just another day. The actual tour of the vineyards was fascinating especially to an avid gardener. The tour of the Champagne G. Brunot cellar was intimate with fascinating details of a vintner's life and delicious champagne samplings. A hint to anyone purchasing these delicious champagnes: Do not store it in your carry on luggage! The authorities will confiscate it because it was not purchased at the airport shops. This is a tragic waste of excellent champagne...
Wonderful day with a very pleasant, well-informed driver. A highlight for me was seeing small villag s on the trip back to Paris, as our driver took back roads before returning to the autoroute.
Great trip...Informative, knowledgeable and friendly guide....Fabulous insights to Champaign and the region
We had a great day - Herbert was terrific! He is engaging, well versed in everything Champagne and a wonderful host! Thank you Herbert!!
