Very factual and a must if you are visiting Dublin. They have many floors in which they give facts about the iconic drink. They also have a place upstairs where you can see the whole of Dublin with a complimentary glass of Guinness.

The tour was really nice contained a lot of information about how Guinness is brewed with nice displays. We enjoyed the tour and would recommend it.

We did the self guided tour option and it was excellent. You can meander through the displays and floors, working your way to the second to top floor for you free pint. This floor was a terrific surprise, with music and a dance floor. We stayed for a second pint and then went for a look at the Gravity Bar for our final drive no and to take in the view. All in all it was well worth the visit. loved it.

Glad we got the skip the line pass. It was very crowded when we went. The tour itself is good. Definitely something to check out especially since it is all about the Guiness over there! There are many different floors and even a restaurant. My favorite part of this tour was the Gravity Bar at the very top. It's all glass and over looks the whole city. Amazing view!! Also has a great gift shop. We got a few Guinness glasses.

This is the only way to see the Guinness Storehouse. The day we went, the line was so long, we couldn't see the end, seriously. Spend the money to skip the line.

Fantastic experience. This is not a guided tour but one that is well orchestrated by the Storehouse. It is very interesting and easy to follow the path and directions to get the full story of how Guinness beer is made. We enjoyed it very much. The Storehouse is huge - seven stories high with the Gravity Bar at the top where you will be able to get a pint of beer and experience a 360 degree view of Dublin. It is quite spectacular. The day we went, the Gravity bar was very crowded. Make sure you leave time to sit and relax a bit up there! A Skip the Line ticket through Viator is a smart thing to do. Don't miss this - we were there for several hours! The gift shop is huge and there is something in there for everyone. Also, able to purchase cans of beer that are not available in the U.S.A. but have to get these at the cash register and show I.D. This tour is great - even if you are not a beer drinker, it is fantastic - another highlight to our trip to Dublin. The beer is very mild and we did bring home a few cans as souvenirs. Don't forget to pack in bubble wrap in your luggage that goes in the hold - if you pack it in your carry on, TSA will confiscate it! Thanks Viator - loved this!

We enjoyed ourselves so much! Three out of ten of us are not beer drinkers, but we could trade in our beer ticket for soda or give it to another in our group. We especially enjoyed drinking in the bar and singing along with the Irish band. We got so caught up in that we didn't visit all the floors. I personally would have liked to have visited each floor. It was simple. Just go at your own pace. Recommend arriving early in the day to avoid the afternoon crowds, even with a skip the line ticket.

I've worked with Viator on several trips now, they run a great business and always good information. I always wondered if skip the lines were worth it or a gimmick, definitely worthwhile. We loved everything about Ireland and the trips we chose, just not a fan of the weather but you expect that. Guinness was a fun tour and we were so happy we bought the skip and get inside avoiding a very cold, rainy July day!

Dublin is an amazing place to visit, the hop on/ hop off bus is great. So many interesting places to visit, The Guinness Storehouse very interesting , those that enjoy Guinness very happy with the pint of the black stuff given to each visitor. I also found the Army Museum full of interesting information, very useful for anyone researching Genealogy.

Ok, I will admit I am not a beer drinker and I did this tour for my husband. But to my surprise, it was FUN! Learned about how they made the beer, but also got to enjoy all the fun facts, computer information and games, and pictures/posters all around the building. And the free beer included in the tour price was served in a great area on the top of the building, with full window views of the city. So this was an unexpected experience - a really fun time, even if you aren't into beer. But even if you don't drink the beer, enjoy the foam decorated with great designs, and then donate it to a friend. Everyone wins!

This was a great tour and as a non beer drinker I was pleasantly surprised when I went into the tasting room to be taught how to drink Guiness. It was GREAT! The tour was interesting and fun and I went to the bar at the top where we were all given a pint and enjoyed the views as well as the pint! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a fun experience in Dublin but also anyone who will be able to answer, yes, I went to the Guiness Factory and loved it!

The Guinness Tour was so fun! We lucked out on weather and got to see the entire city in the 360 room at the top. The factory can keep you entertained for hours from pour your own Guinness to watching live music and Irish dancing! Would highly recommend :

Like our bus driver said, If you like beer, you will like this tour. It's good to purchase your tickets ahead of time such as through this site so you can skip the line which can get long. It is a self guided tour which provides interesting history of Guinness. You get a free shot sized sample on one floor you can do this 5 minute section repeatedly if you want. When we went they had 8 different beers you could purchase a sample - also a 3 Euro pretzel which was not hot at all. The gravity bar on the the top floor is cool - you can see the entire city. You can either pour your own beer on one of the floors or you can have one poured for you in the glass bar - you can't do both unless you purchase another beer up top. It would have been nice if you could pour your own on top. An unexpected pleasant surprise was when they started dancing for us in the room where you could purchase different varieties of Guinness. They also had a DJ in that room. Very fun environment to hang out at.

Fantastic! Really enjoyed learning how to pull the perfect pint of Guinness! We drank ours in the bar where we poured it - glad we did as the gravity bar was heaving. A great way to spend a few hours.
