Frankfurt Airport Train Station offers connections to popular German cities via Deutsche Bahn, the national railway company of Germany.
The station is located next to Terminal 1 and offers high-speed ICE train connections to major cities like Cologne, Stuttgart, and more. The station also serves the local S-bahn lines (lines S8 and S9) that take travelers into central Frankfurt in about 10-15 minutes.
Bus line 61 takes travelers to Südbahnhof in central Frankfurt. There are also taxi stands located in front of the arrivals halls of both airport terminals. Travel time by taxi is about 20-45 minutes, depending on time of day and traffic.
