View the gorgeous architecture of Lucerne's main church, the Hofkirche. Next see the Jesuit Church, a large Baroque church in the city, filled with history. A truly moving sight in Lucerne is the Lion of Lucerne - a large sculpture of a mortally wounded lion, carved into rock. The lion was designed to memorialize the Swiss Guards who lost their lives during the French Revolution. Not far from this monument you'll find the Glacier Garden (Gletschergarten), a cool museum for families to visit!
