Using coupon codes or Rail Europe Gift Cards

  • How do I get a coupon code?

    The best way to stay informed of all current promotions and to receive coupon codes is to create a user account and to subscribe to our newsletter. All publicly available coupon codes can be found on our Coupon code and Promotions page. We also issue individual, one time use coupon codes at our discretion to customers who are eligible for certain discounts or have participated in certain promotions or marketing activities.

  • How do I use a coupon code?

    You enter your valid coupon code on the page where you enter your delivery information for your booking during checkout. The text box that you’ll use to enter your coupon code is at the very bottom of that page.

  • My coupon code is not working. What should I do?

    If for any reason you experience an issue with your coupon code, please verify that all criteria are met for the code to be valid (dates, booking minimum, products, etc.). If all of this seems correct, make sure you’re using the correct code. If you received your code in an email, sometimes it’s best to copy and paste the code to avoid typographical errors.

  • The coupon code I have expired. What can I do?

    We’re sorry, but once a coupon code has expired, it’s unusable. You will need to proceed without the coupon to complete your booking.

  • I have a question about my coupon code. Who should I contact?

  • How do I use a Rail Europe Gift Card?

    Simply use the Gift Card code that was provided by Rail Europe on your certificate. Enter this code on the delivery page during checkout. The field for entering the code is toward the bottom of the page. Note: the full dollar value of the Gift Card doesn’t need to be used all at once; you will be sent a new Gift Card code for any remaining balance.

  • I have a question about my Rail Europe Gift Card. Who should I contact?
